The Pre-Membership Education Seminar is your first real step toward BUPCC — and it's required by law (RA 9520, Article 10) before anyone can become a member. But it's not a formality, and it's not a sales pitch. It's simply this: everything we'd tell you about BUPCC, told to you honestly, before you decide anything.
About 90–120 minutes. No pressure to decide that day — the seminar's purpose is to inform you, not to recruit you. If you're not ready to join after attending, that's completely fine. You're welcome to come back anytime.
