Before anything else, we'd like you to know why BUPCC exists — in its Chairman's words.
Dear Friends,
We would like to welcome you to Batangas United and Progressive Credit Cooperative (BUPCC) and be a pillar in our collective dream to build a humane organization that looks after the welfare of its Members and the communities we serve.
The main purpose of our cooperative is — to develop and strengthen the right character and principles of our Members through our values and formation programs, and cooperative and community activities.
Equally important, BUPCC endeavors — to uplift our Members from poverty and financial difficulties by teaching them financial literacy and providing them with financial services such as share capital investment, savings & time deposits, and credit & loans.
To achieve these, we are building a stable leadership with high integrity, highly professional operations team, and active membership governed and guided by policies and programs anchored in Republic Act 9520, the governing law to ensure the growth of cooperatives in the Philippines.
